Leroy McMath
Founder
McMath started the WBA in 2004, which restructured in 2015, resumed in 2018, and postponed play due to covid restrictions. Over the years, the WBA has created opportunities for young men to play professionally across the globe, including numerous players in the NBA/systems.

Slaton is an Ed.S. graduate of the American College of Education and former team owner of the Macon Blaze. Slaton has served as a Director at Herzing University and the Pacific Institute of Technology.

Micheal "Stinger" Glenn is an American former professional basketball player drafted #23 by the Chicago Bulls. Glenn was selected to the All-Century team at Southern Illinois University and was also inducted into the Missouri Valley Conference Hall of Fame.
